Touring Taos

In Taos we toured the old town and saw this beautiful church. We also visited this crazy

development of houses made with recycled materials. The walls are tires, bottles and cans.
Hmmmm....interesting! We also saw this bridge over the Rio Grande Gorge. Really vertigo inducing! And it comes out of nowhere. It is flat and then......a BIG drop!

Ski Trip to New Mexico

Our Ski Trip 2011 was New Mexico this year. We started with a night in Albuquerque and visited the Balloon Museum. It was great!

Stars of the Millennium

This is one of my oldest UFOs! It is Tony Minieri's Stars of the Millennium. I believe I took this class from Tony at the Black Sheep in Orlando in 2000. Hmmm...need to stitch faster! Those of you familiar with Tony's work know that he often has many layers of stitches which takes a while! I have done most of the blocks per the stitch guide but have recently begun changing things to make it more fun and get it done! I am happy with the results.

Bisbee
